What we collect

We use your sign-in identifier and email to associate orders with you. We process the photo you upload, your chosen resolution, generated video, payment references and any support messages. Your photo is not placed in a public gallery.

Why we use it

We use this data to generate and deliver your video, confirm payments, prevent duplicate charges, investigate failures, handle refunds and answer support requests. The studio removes photo metadata during browser preparation, before upload.

Service providers

Hosting and private file storage are provided by Cloudflare. On the independent studio, email sign-in and password hashes are stored in the studio database. You can also sign in with Google; we receive your Google account identifier, name, email and profile picture to create your studio account. The ChatGPT Sites preview uses ChatGPT sign-in. Your image and the template are sent to Lec (api.paipu.net) and its upstream video-generation provider. Payment details are processed by PayPal when checkout is enabled. These providers may process data outside your country under their respective policies.

Service notifications and studio analytics

We send a notification to your account email when your video is ready. Resend processes the recipient email and message to deliver these transactional notifications. Support requests send an alert to our support inbox so we can respond.

We collect first-party page views and photo-selection events to understand the studio’s conversion flow. A random session identifier is kept in your browser tab and renewed after 30 minutes of inactivity. We record page categories, referring domains and campaign tags, and may associate the session with your studio account after sign-in. We do not record uploaded photos, passwords or full page query strings in analytics. Browser Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals disable browser analytics. Raw analytics records are retained for up to 90 days; payment and generation totals come from service records.

Retention

Uploaded photos and generated videos are used for delivery and support. You can request deletion through support. The studio’s maintenance process removes eligible files after 30 days. Payment and order records may be retained longer where needed for accounting, fraud prevention or legal obligations. We do not promise deletion from upstream providers beyond their own retention policies.

Cookies

The site uses necessary sign-in and security cookies. If you choose Google sign-in after selecting a photo, the browser temporarily keeps that photo on your device so it can be restored on return. It can be restored for up to 30 minutes and is removed when restored. We do not install advertising trackers or claim to train a model on your uploads.

Your choices

You can choose not to upload a photo. To request access, correction or deletion, use support and include the relevant order number. Some transaction information may need to be retained where law requires it.
