Terms of service

The service

Unforgettable AI generates a short AI video from your portrait using the selected template. Each purchased pack includes the number of videos, resolution and price displayed at checkout. Each completed generation uses one video credit. There is no subscription.

Your photos and permission

You must be at least 18. Upload only a photo of yourself or an adult who has given you explicit permission for this use. You must have the rights needed to upload and process the image. Do not use images of children, celebrities or unconsenting third parties, or create sexual content, impersonation, scams, harassment or unlawful content.

AI results

Generated faces, hands, card numbers, clothing and motion can vary. The service does not guarantee an exact likeness, an error-free result or any level of social reach. A new creative take uses another video credit.

Payments and delivery

Payment is processed by the provider shown at checkout. We do not receive or store your full card details. A confirmed payment adds video credits to your pack. Choose a saved draft and use one credit to start generation. Delivery time varies with provider load; check My videos for your actual status. See the refund policy for failed delivery and other issues.

Use of the output

You may download and use your generated clip subject to the rights in your inputs and applicable law. We do not grant rights to third-party music, brands or other protected material. Use authorized audio when posting and make AI-generated content identifiable where required.

Account and storage

Keep your account secure. We retain your source upload and video for 30 days to deliver the service. Save a local copy of your completed video. We may restrict use that violates these terms.

Liability and your rights

Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot be excluded by applicable law. If you encounter an issue with an order, contact us with its reference so we can review it.
