480p or 720p: choose your car reveal pack
Compare the available resolutions, video counts and one-time prices before choosing a pack for your reveal.
Three pack choices, one reveal format
Starter costs $4.99 and includes one 480p video. Plus costs $9.99 and includes either three 480p videos or two 720p videos, selected as separate pack options at checkout. Prices are in USD and are one-time purchases.
Every current-template video is 12 seconds long, in a 16:9 landscape MP4. The resolution selection changes the requested output quality. It does not change the scene, add a new car template or turn the result into a vertical video.
What higher resolution changes
720p has a taller pixel dimension than 480p and can preserve more visible image detail when viewed at a larger size. It does not guarantee more accurate facial likeness, better hands, correct card numbers or smoother action. Those details also depend on the generation itself.
The public example is labeled 480p. Use it to assess the scene and the type of result the studio can produce. It is not a side-by-side quality comparison with 720p, so do not treat the label alone as proof of how your own HD result will look.
Choose around the way you want to create
Starter is the smallest purchase if you want to make a first reveal from one portrait. Plus at 480p gives you three separate generations, which can be useful for different photos or a second creative take. Plus HD gives you two generations at the higher requested resolution.
If you are still choosing between photographs, settle that decision before buying extra resolution. If you already know your portrait and want a higher-resolution file for a larger display or editing canvas, 720p may be the more useful option. Platform compression and later cropping can still affect the posted result.
How pack credits work
A 480p draft uses a 480p pack, and a 720p draft uses a 720p pack. The pack keeps the quality chosen at purchase; credits do not convert between the two resolutions. Each generation uses one credit. My videos shows purchased packs and their remaining counts.
Completing payment adds credits. Open the draft you want to generate and use a matching credit to start it. A completed result you would like to remake uses another credit. A failed generation returns its credit to the pack so you can try again.
Review these details before payment
Check the number of videos, resolution and total in the pack summary. If checkout reports that generation is temporarily unavailable, return later or contact support. Starting a new purchase repeatedly will not make provider capacity available sooner.
Download completed files within 30 days and keep your own copy. For an unused pack refund or a delivered file that does not match the purchased specification, contact support with the purchase or order reference. The full refund policy explains how these cases are reviewed.
